The motivation behind opening this brewery was and is to simply provide family, friends, and new friends a place to gather over great beer - to build community.

On the dock at Priest Lake!

Rookie P.N.W. Ale. It was the first beer we ever brewed and it hits on all that I like about a beer.

What is your beer-inspiration:
Inspired by some of my favorite breweries, I want to brew the best possible beer and create a great place in North Spokane to enjoy it with friends and family.
Favorite aspect of brewing:
Brewing is my passion, I don't think I could narrow it down to just one aspect. But it is pretty cool to taste a beer from grain to glass.
Fun fact about you:
When I was seven, my family and I were in a Rosauers cereal commercial!

SS Hazy is my go-to pour! Hoppy and juicy and balanced, each sip leaves you wanting another.

Getting more people to realize there are better beers out there than Bud Light (I was one of them).

Drinking it and sharing it with Spokane.

I watched Top Gun so many times as a kid my parents had to buy a new VHS.
